Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Health and Family Planning
When Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Health and Planning was doing the 13th Five-year Plan, Dorenfest was invited to provide some professional IT consulting service for the provincial healthcare IT system construction. We conducted assessment and evaluation to the IT platform, provided some possible construction paths and discussed with the leadership to facilitate final decision making.
Changzhou Xinbei District
In order to Changzhou New North District Health and Family Planning Bureau, Jiangsu Province In order to unify the coordination of medical and public health services in hospitals and basic health centers in the region, we provide Internet-based convenience services, planning and construction of regional health medical information system in Changzhou City, and invited Derek to participate in the overall planning and demand development And the late implementation of the control.
Shenzhen Health Bureau
When Shenzhen health bureau embarked on its effort to develop its RHIN and digital hospital construction program, Dorenfest were invited to provide consulting services to assist Shenzhen health bureau to assess its current situation, understand the global effort and lesson learnt in RHIN projects, developing the RHIN framework and selection of appropriate IT systems.
The consulting project laid the foundation and the roadmap of development for the RHIN and digital hospital effort driven by the health bureau.
Hong Kong Hospital Authority
The Hospital Authority is a statutory body established under the Hospital Authority Ordinance in 1990. They have been responsible for managing Hong Kong’s public hospitals services since December 1991.Currently HKHA manages 43 hospitals and institutions, 48 Specialist Out-patient Clinics (SOPCs), and 73 General Out-patient Clinics (GOPCs). As of 31 March 2018, we have a workforce of about 76,000 and some 28,000 beds. In the process of creating the HKHA management system, they had developed an in-house IT system, work processes and protocols to support the operations. They are interested in commercializing these products, especially towards Chinese clients who are less advance in these area, hence they invited Dorenfest to review its commercialization effort and provide strategic advisory on the entire effort.
Government of Xuejia Town
To meet the growing health service needs of people in Xuejia Town and surrounding areas of Jiangsu province, the government of Xuejia Town hopes to explore the mode of “integration of medical maintenance” and build high-end medical center in the core area of the town. The town government hopes to invite professional consulting companies to investigate the market demand, the current situation and gap of medical resources in the region and the risks and benefits of the project, so as to verify the necessity and feasibility of the three-level hospital construction in the integration project of medical maintenance in Xuejia Town. Therefore, in 2016, Dorenfest was invited to conduct feasibility analysis and provide guidance and Suggestions for subsequent strategic planning.
Chongqing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning
Chongqing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning invited Dorenfest in 2010/11 to assist in the evaluation of its RHIN construction effort and develop a strategic roadmap for the city. The consulting projects investigate the current situation, highlighted the strength and weakness and develop the improvement program tailored to the requirements of the city.
