Responsibilities

The growth of our business in China has created the need for additional consultant talent to handle our new clients. The core responsibilities of the role are to:

Ø Help healthcare organizations to improve their work processes, management systems, and services to patients.

Ø Work on a variety of improvement projects on tasks including client interviews, work processes documentation and analysis, data collection, and report writing.

Ø Conduct policy analysis and market trends analysis.

Ø Perform some onsite work like user interview, work process walkthrough, and vendor selection.

Ø Liaise with clients and vendors to move forward the projects smoothly, and help clients to accomplish their goals

Ø Attend client meetings and conferences, keep good notes and write minutes.

Ø Some translation work as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

Ø Have good academic background with Bachelor’s degree and above. MBA is preferred but not required.

Ø Experience in healthcare providers or HIT vendors are highly appreciated

Ø Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Both written and spoken)

Ø Knowledge and interest in Chinese healthcare industry. Some work experience in Chinese hospitals, software vendors or consulting company is preferred but not required.

Ø Good learning capability, problem-solving skills, process analysis skills, research skills, multi-task skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ø Good skills in Word, Excel, and PPT

Ø Be an intelligent, well-organized, self-motivated, independent, and creative individual with personal pride in producing high-quality output
